Students must rigorously adhere to all deadline dates for adding and dropping courses. McMaster Divinity College follows the University deadlines for dropping and adding courses. These deadlines are posted on the University website and are available from the Student Records Office of McMaster Divinity College. The financial charges for dropped courses are pro-rated depending on the date the course is dropped. After the last possible date for dropping a course, the student remains registered in the course, receives no refund of fees, and is assigned an automatic grade of F (Failure).
Students wishing to make changes in their registration by either dropping or adding courses must complete an official Drop-Add form available from the Student Records Office. The completed form is submitted to the Student Records Office and is passed to the Dean or designate for approval.
