Lee brings his experience of 17 years as a pastor with the Christian and Missionary Alliance into his role as Director of Ministry Formation. He sees Ministry Formation as an integral part of ministry preparation since it is the place where theory and practice become integrated. He oversees all aspects of the program, from assisting students as they look for placement opportunities to co-ordinating Ministry Reflection Seminars. Lee also teaches in the area of Mission and Evangelism and the Church in culture
Bill Marshall, C.A.
Director of Finance

As Director of Finance, Bill oversees all financial functions, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, major financial transactions and contractual arrangements with various suppliers of service to the College. Bill worked for five years in public accounting and the last 32 years with a national insurance company in various senior finance roles.

Stan has taught for eighteen years in post-secondary institutions in Canada, the USA, and the UK. His publications include nine authored books and over 100 authored journal articles; he has also edited over 40 volumes. He remains a well-known and respected expert in Greek and New Testament studies throughout the world, and has a vision for the College to become a first choice seminary of academic excellence and exemplary leadership training.
Wendy Porter
Director of Music & Worship

Wendy is the Director of Music and Worship at the Divinity College and teaches courses in Christian ministry, particularly in the areas of sacred music, liturgics, and worship. Her research and publications explore the interface of theology and church music from the early church to the present.

Nina ensures that the offices of the President and Academic Dean run smoothly and efficiently. She coordinates meetings and events concerning Drs. Porter and Zylla and is the first person you will meet when contacting the President's Office.
Patricia Webb

Pat comes to the College with over 15 years experience in seminary administration across Canada. She oversees the areas of donor relations, student recruitment and marketing and communications for the College. Pat works to develop and market the College so that it can reach its full potential as an outstanding theological institution.
Virginia Wolfe

Virginia assists the Director of Finance and Administration in the management of College financial matters. She is the students' direct contact for information regarding their accounts, and for booking equipment and rooms in the College.
Phil Zylla

Phil comes to us from ACTS Seminaries of Trinity Western University in B.C. where he was Principal and Professor of Pastoral Theology since the fall of 2001. Phil has served three churches as Senior Pastor over the past 17 years as well as being adjunct professor in pastoral theology at Taylor Seminary, St. Stephens College, Regent College, and George Fox Evangelical Seminary. He serves as Vice-Chair of the Baptist World Alliance Study Commission on Christian Ethics where he has been active for the past twelve years. Phil has published articles and spoken widely in the areas of spiritual formation and the role of suffering in the life of the Christian. He published a devotional volume entitled Merging Streams: Prayers and Poems for a Broken World in 2005 and is currently working on a book entitled God and the Experience of Suffering. He is committed to the task of preparing our students to be holistic ministers of the gospel.
